A town centre scheme in Bridgwater, sourced by Ajito and sold on with a complete business and planning strategy already in place. The scheme is a 25 bedroom co-living building with a commercial unit at ground floor.
The location is deliberate. Bridgwater sits within reach of Hinkley Point C and the Gravity Smart Campus, an area with confirmed long term accommodation demand that supports a scheme of this scale.
Ajito Partners is now consulting on the project through delivery, supporting the incoming owner with the operational and development expertise behind the original strategy.
