Stoke Road is a complete Ajito project, taken from acquisition through to a fully let building. We bought a tired commercial property in the centre of Gosport and repositioned it into a 10 bedroom co-living HMO with a new commercial unit retained at ground floor.

Every stage was run in house: planning, design, build and lettings. That control is the point. It is how we protect the margin and how we know, in detail, exactly what it takes to deliver a scheme like this.

The result is a stable, income producing asset that combines professional co-living demand upstairs with commercial income at street level.
