Tyrrells Cottage was an early stage feasibility and design study. We assessed an existing cottage and garage plot, modelled what it could become and worked up design options for the site.

The images below show the existing buildings, the analytical site plan and two of the design options we developed.

This scheme did not proceed to build. We include it to show the early assess and design stage of how we work: taking a site, testing its potential and working up options before anyone commits. Not every site gets past this stage, and being straight about that is the point.
